Nina Willburger (@DrNWillburger): A Roman votive altar dedicated to Invictus Mithras (Invincible Mithras) by Publius Aelius Vocco, soldier of the Legio XXII Primigenia Pia Fidelis. The legion was stationed in Mainz, yet the altar was found in Rottenburg.
The inscription reads:

MITHRAE
P(ublius) AEL(ius) VOC
CO MIL(es) L(egionis) XXII
P(rimigeniae) P(iae) F(idelis) V(otum) S(olvit) L(aetus) L(ibens)
M(erito)
Translation:
To Invictus Mithras Publius Aelius Vocco, soldier of the Legio XXII Primigenia Pia Fidelis, gladly, willingly and deservedly fulfilled his vow.
