Another limestone statue base, identical to statue base C. Probably the base of a statue of Cautes, to match the Cautopates on statue base C. Presumably also dedicated by Vitalis.
The fourth limestone monument found in the nave of the mithraeum (Statue Base D, not illustrated) had its front (inscriptional) face removed in the medieval period; this was probably the base for the Cautes statue since it has similar moldings on the top and base and the same height (reconstructed from the preserved fragments).1
