The first chunk of a translation of Chrysostom’s homily on the circuses has arrived, and looks excellent. I’ve paid for it and asked for more! It will, of course, appear online and be placed in the public domain as per normal.

Looking forward to this one.. Usually old Golden Tongue is a bit of a buzzkill, but as a reformed circus fan and theatre goer it will be interesting to hear what he has to say now that the worm turned!
The translation is really rather good quality. I agree, it should be interesting!
