Anthony Alcock has completed a new translation of a Coptic text on the 24 elders. It’s here:
Well, that was very interesting. I was particularly interested to learn that there is a Coptic feast in honor of the 24 Elders, on 24 Hathor. (November 3, for us Gregorian calendar users.)
There’s also a feast earlier in the month for the 4 Living Creatures of Ezekiel and Revelation, according to the St. Takla Coptic website.
