There are two issues of this edition, with different title pages and printers:

1580 : BARRAEUS : Paris, edited by Barraeus (Rene Laurens de la Barre). Adams T414. Size is folio. Issued by William Julianum at the sign of friendship. Contains the works of Tertullian and Arnobius. I've located copies of this near me, and obtained photocopies of some of the material. Checked
